Description: This session examines restorative surgery for congenital and acquired abnormalities of the uterus, cervix, and vagina. Presentations emphasize accurate anatomic diagnosis, individualized surgical planning, and reconstruction that preserves function whenever possible.

Learning Objectives: At the end of this course, the participant will be able to:

1. Differentiate congenital anomalies from acquired defects that may mimic them
2. Plan minimally invasive reconstruction for isthmoceles and Müllerian anomalies.
3. Adapt hysteroscopic, laparoscopic, and robotic approaches to unusual anatomy.
4. Protect reproductive and pelvic function during restorative surgery.
